1. About Our Services
ZenDivas Healing Studio offers holistic healing and coaching services including Life Coaching, Ho'oponopono Healing, Reiki, Inner Child Healing, Self-Love Practices, and Abundance Mindset Coaching. These are complementary wellness modalities and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 years and above. Minors may participate only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Bookings & Consultations
- Sessions are booked by submitting an enquiry form or via WhatsApp. A session is confirmed only upon receiving confirmation from ZenDivas.
- Free consultations are offered to eligible first-time clients and are subject to availability.
- ZenDivas reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at its discretion, without liability.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
- Rescheduling is permitted once per booking and subject to availability.
5. Payments & Refunds
- All fees are communicated prior to booking and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of ZenDivas Healing Studio.
- In the event of a session being cancelled by ZenDivas, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
6. Confidentiality
All session content is kept strictly confidential. ZenDivas will not disclose your personal information or session details to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and session materials — is the intellectual property of ZenDivas Healing Studio and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
ZenDivas Healing Studio and its practitioners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. All healing modalities are offered in good faith for personal growth and wellness purposes only.
